About the Artist

Co Honey is a Queer, Autistic visual artist.

Raised in the small town of Ephrata, Washington, the artist discovered a passion for painting and photography at the age of 15. Their early life was chaotic and painful; they found solace in color, texture, movement on paper. With paint, they explore bright and dark contrasts, varied color palettes, and movement patterns. In photographs, they capture nature scenes, candid portraits, and street photography.

Co produces work in various mediums – acrylic, watercolor, photography, ink, pencil, marker – exploring the possibilities of each medium to its fullest. The natural world inspires them heavily; landscapes are one of the many subjects they specialize in. Unafraid to experiment, Co is an artist of surreal and abstract art that fuels the imagination. Bold, bright colors and expressive compositions immerse the viewer into the artist’s world.
